About Community Conversations

Community Conversations specialises in consulting with local residents, businesses, community groups and elected representatives about developments that affect them on behalf of developers, housing associations and charities to deliver successful consultation and planning approvals.

We specialise in ensuring that the voice of supporters are heard, and the expectations of objectors are managed during the planning process. 

We bring vast experience of the workings of politics, community groups and development having worked on over fifty schemes across the majority of London boroughs and the Home Counties. We provide strategic and political advice and deliver bespoke community engagement strategies on a scheme by scheme basis. Our in-depth knowledge of communities and politics within each borough is the key to achieving successful planning approvals across a wide range of sectors.

We have a small but growing team led by our Managing Director Daniel Francis. Our code of conduct states that we do not work in local authorities where a staff member is an elected councillor. We therefore do not work in the London Borough of Bexley.
